This place is fantastic, with clean rooms and the best staff who are excellent in customer service and guest relations; and it's just a 5-minute walk to the subway station.

Staff was polite and decent, I didn't feel like leaving!
They gave me a brand-new room with black out curtains, twin beds. Variety of food for breakfast, it was affordable. The location of the hotel was central, close enough to other markets and supermarket and restaurants. Overall the service was good.

The location was good and magnificent, not too far away from laundry. There were reasonably spacious rooms with 2 single bed and black out curtains, for example.

Huge and big size units with twin beds. Affordable variety at breakfast. Amazing location next to the metro, shops, restaurants, major tourist attractions, supermarket and restorents, and all shop, early check-in.

Every time we go to Dubai, we enjoy staying at this place, especially the single rooms with 2 beds and blackout curtains.

The breakfast is very very good, and the location is absolutely perfect really close to the in-house nightclub, clock tower, Diera City Center, and the metro station and shopping mall.

The location in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the Al Rigga metro station. Proximity to Algurhair Mall. The many shops
we arrived, employee at the front desk asked for the visa card used to make our reservations. As soon as he got it, he immediately proceeded to debit the bill without any explanation, as if we could leave the hotel without paying the bill, (even though they automatically take the passports of the guests and keep them until the day of departure... otherwise they require a deposit of 200$ ). I had to ask him the reason for this, only to hear me reply curtly that the hotel's policy had changed... tone was condescending to the point of contempt. I didn't fail to complain to the manager. You feel like you're treated differently depending on the color of your skin... too bad. Another negative point: the water leaks in the pipes under the bathtub and in the bathroom at the ceiling level. I asked for a blanket twice without success. Apart from the BBC there are only local channels and age of the TV set makes it not compatible with You Tube.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to a metro station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Additionally, it is conveniently close to Dubai International Airport. the room I booked online was a single room with twin beds and had blackout curtains, providing a comfortable stay.

size of the room, pool and price, there is something important to consider..
...in dubai the clubs are in the hotels. This one has in the ground floor a club with "dancers" and in the pool area a "relaxing" "massage" area for people over 21 years old that was filled with men going up in the elevator. I didn't mind but it's something to be aware of because it can make someone uncomfortable. I also didn't like the fact that the front desk keeps your passport until you leave.

Positive attitude, breakfast and nearby places to go out and visit.
I chose the hotel x the Transfer Service and when I arrived I was told that the Hotel did not have that Service.

I had a quiet, decent room with an exceptionally comfortable bed in a central location.
